I think my last racing ticket was about $700 after it was all said and done with.
My first one was about $1400 after serious negotiations.
That stung a little. The penalty in Virginia is a bit worse now than a few years ago.

The first one I was on my 99' CBR F4 which ended in a road block, the second was in my blown 76' Corvette through town at about 100mph. I stopped for that one because it didnt handle turns well.

Those days are over now after getting married and having a little girl 9 months ago.
